Cancellation and prepayment conditions

• 3 night minimum stay.
• A deposit of 50% of your stay will be requested in order to confirm your reservation.
• The balance of your stay will be due 14 days before your arrival date.
• In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will be refunded up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
• In case of cancellation between 30 days and 14 days before your arrival date, 50% of the stay will be charged.
• In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before your arrival, or of a shortened stay or no-show, you will be charged for the entire stay.
• Payment possible by cash, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard.
